Minutes for November 2023

General Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM

Board members in attendance as follows:
Ron Jones- President, Bill Pitman- Vice President, Gerry Simmons- Range Master, Cindy Sacry – Secretary

Pres: Minutes from last month was approved.

Treasure: Gerry read the treasure report.

Gerry asked about Quick books. Cindy said that was able to get the information the club needs to get to our records and has emailed the information to Melanie and all of the board.

Cindy is investigating information on getting a newer version of our card reader.

Range Master: Richard Winders has information on his personal computer for Friends of NRA and his son-in-law was going to download the information on a thumb drive.

Bill said that they are done with the Planter boxes and backer boards. He would like to schedule another work party for Thursday, December 7, 2023 from 8 AM- 12 PM

According to Ron the brass bucket has been installed in the indoor range.

The club house heating system in the floor has been fixed by Bill, it was the coil system.

Ron would like to store the old files in the closet to make more room in the office.

Bill will contact Means Nursery to see if they would donate plants for the planter’s boxes.

 NRL shoot per Wayne will be this Saturday; we have 9 people who came out.

Black Powder Cartridge Shoot– per Bill Pitman shooters need to bring 45 rounds to shoot 100-200 yards.

Military Shoot is Sunday, shooters should bring at least 20 rounds.

Silhouette- per Bill Pitman they have it every Wednesday and they had 9 people.
