Minutes for May 2023

General Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM

Board members in attendance as follows:
Ron Jones- President, Gerry Simmons- Range Master, Cindy Sacry – Secretary

Pres: Minutes from last month were approved.

Ron said that Cher Fillman the accountant is no longer employed by the club. Gerry and Ron met her at the rehab hospital where Aileen is. Cher came in and threw the paperwork on Aileen’s bed. Then she left.  Cher has other paperwork in storage in Beaverton.

Gerry brought in the Bylaws, and he said that he would update them. It was noticed that the Range Master and Historian duties were missing.

Gerry also provided the treasure report for March and April.

Range Duty: We have some volunteers.

Ron said that the lawn mower is in for service.

Gerry said that he might need to refer new members to have Orientation on Wednesday and asked the Silhouette group to provide the Orientation on that day.

 Shoots:

Silhouette– had 8-9 people and they got to shoot outside.

Muzzleloader – had 8 shooters.

NRL Shoot-is this Saturday, and they have new props.

Military Shoot– had 6 people come out.

Saturday, May 20, 2023, is the Fun Shoot and Potluck. It starts at 6 PM. Your family is invited.
