Minutes for November 2025

General Meeting  

Meeting called to order at 7:33 PM

Board members in attendance as follows:

Ron Jones- President, Bill Pitman- Vice President, Mike Simmons– Secretary.  4 Members and 3 Board Members.

Pres: Minutes from last month were approved.

Treasure: Treasure report was read. 

Pres:  Range Duty for November needs coverage for some dates.

VP:  Upcoming Work party:  Leaves, indoor range cleaning, shelter, etc.

Old Business:  Arnold plaque needs to be checked on.

Safety Fair went well

Grant extension was requested.  Still waiting on approval.

New Business:  

Meeting, Range Duty, and Work Party attendance issues (Possible solutions being a refundable fee added to the application process. 

Possibility of purchasing a container for the upper range?

Planning proposal to put additional lights for the indoor range at the mid range distance.  

Silhouette- This week we had a lot of folks show up so we ran two strings of shooters.  The last string ended up having to clean up for both strings per Bill Pitman.  Moving forward we are going to run a single string of shooters so everyone can clean up after themselves.

Open Pistol Shoot:  Mondays are going well  4-6 participants typically.

Black Powder Shoot:  Octoberfest went well.  Many people in attendance.  Anticipating  Black Powder Cartridge shoot this month.

Military Shoot–  2 members 

NRL shoot– 8 shooters 5 hrs of rain.
