General Meeting  

Meeting called to order at 7:31 PM

Board members in attendance as follows:

Ron Jones- President, Bill Pitman- Vice President, Gerry Simmons- Range Master, Mike Simmons– Secretary, Melanie Simmons – Treasurer.  9 Members and  5 Board Members.

Pres: Minutes from last month were approved.

Treasure: Treasurer Report Was Read and approved.

Pres:  Conflict 

VP:  Work Party went well.  Thank you to the members for all your hard work.  Gun Shows coming up:  Oregon Arms…    

Gerry:  Welcome to the new members that joined this month.   Range duty coverage pending March 1st.  The Internet service is getting upgraded in the upcoming weeks. 

Aileen has some miscellaneous ammo, shooting jackets, holsters, and reloading tools for sale.   Interested persons need to contact Ron.

Secretary:  Upcoming PUD service upgrade for Conyers Creek Rd. starting February 1st.  Outages should not affect the gate.  More info will be posted on the website as it comes in.

New Business:  We have been having problems with shotgun shooters blowing out the backboards on the main range.  It has been decided to install improved surveillance cameras to ascertain the offending parties.  Note that shooting these backboards with shotguns will result in suspension and/or termination of membership.  

Silhouette- Continuing with good attendance for the Wednesday shoot.  Lately we have been having a lot of participation in the Silhouette so we have been doing at least 2 strings of shooters.  Remember that the first relay needs to stick around till after the second relay is done in order to help clean up.  

Open Pistol Shoot:  No report.

Black Powder Shoot:  Went well.  Reminder to shooters:  Remember to use the same charge each time.  This affects your bullet drop at different distances. 

Military Shoot– Currently there is a schedule conflict with the Oregon Arms Gunshow and the Military Rifle Shoot taking place on the same date every month.  Propose change to the 1st Sunday of the month 2pm-4pm starting in April.  For March the date will be on the 8th from 2pm-4pm.

NRL shoot-.  Coming up.

Small Bore–  Still not pointless.
