General Meeting  

Meeting called to order at 7:36 PM

Board members in attendance as follows:

Ron Jones- President, Bill Pitman- Vice President, Gerry Simmons- Range Master, Mike Simmons– Secretary.  4 Members and 4 Board Members.

Pres: Minutes from last month were approved.

Treasure: No treasure report to report. 

Pres:  Gate quit working.  We will be looking to get into another system abruptly.

VP:  Thank you to the 7 people who showed up for the work party.

During the gutter cleaning, part of the bank was resting on the roof edge.  This will need to be addressed in the coming weeks.

A sink hole was identified toward the left side of the main range.  Drain line needs to be recovered.

Pres:  

Sec: Grant extension was rejected.

Gerry- December range duty covered.

Old Business:  

Arnold Plaque to be followed up on.   

A dedication of the indoor range to Arnold and Willard

New Business:  

Upcoming Military rifle shoot on 12/21 will be canceled due to prior commitments.

Silhouette- Last week we had 14 shooters and this week was 18 shooters.  The single relay was crowded.  We will be returning to 2 relays for the future shoots.  Remember that the first relay needs to stick around till after the second relay is done in order to help clean up.  

Open Pistol Shoot:  5 shooters all the time. 

Black Powder Shoot:  2 shooters. 

Military Shoot– 2 shooters.  3 consistent late comers from Hillsboro caused an issue.  If you show up late to a shoot, don’t cause issues for the participants.

NRL shoot-.  No report.
