Annual Meeting

Meeting called to order at 6:35PM

Board members in attendance as follows:
Ron Jones, Bill Pitman, Gerry Simmons, Melanie Simmons, Michael Simmons, Aileen Cork.

14 members/others also attended.

Pres: There were no minutes for last month to approve as secretary was not in attendance.

-Outgoing Interim Secretary Caseman Thompson was recognized and thanked for his hard work filling in as Club Secretary.

-Taking over for Caseman will be Michael Simmons as Interim Secretary.

Treasurer: 49 Ballots were collected and no write-ins were noted.  All board members are continuing their positions.

-Treasury Report for April : $26.423 ending balance/$3.152.25 income

-Pres: In recognition of the passing of longtime member Arnold Cork, a motion was made for a Memorial Plaque to be placed above the indoor shooting range door. Arnold was the longest active member since 1948. The motion was seconded an carried. Arnold will be missed dearly and his dedication to the club will not be forgotten.

-Calendar Reminder: Work Party will be Saturday May 31st from 8am-12pm.

-Motion was made to move the General Meetings to the first Wednesday of the month. Motion was seconded and carried.

-No General Meeting for May 2025. Next Meeting will be held on Wednesday June 4th at 7:30pm at the Clubhouse.

-Range Duty sign up has had a very positive outcome so far and is appreciated. Thank you all that have come forward and volunteered your time.

-Wednesday Silhouette shoots will be conducted outside, weather permitting.

-Black Powder shoots have been successful and there has been an increase in participation.

-Black Powder Cartridge shoots will be following the Mussel Loader shoots on an informal bases.

-Meeting ended 7:18pm
