Some clown cut the lock on our outdoor brass container and stole the bucket and brass late on Sunday. The Bucket and lock has been replaced. The Columbia County Sheriff’s office has been contacted and we will be looking into the incident.
Looking at security camera systems to add security and prevent this type of theft and property damage.
Motion to look into security camera system and purchase it. Approved.
Aileen: Thank you Ron for the building and setting up the display cases for Arnolds historical memorabilia. Our club has been incorporated since 1948 and this club has continuously been a community effort. Even though we have been approached by other private agencies to purchase it over the years, they have been consistently turned down. We remember when we used to shoot small bore in the basement of the old post office. The buck skins in the display case took 5 years to assemble.
It means a lot to the club these efforts of the individuals volunteering to keep things going. The hunters ed course that has been conducted by club volunteers is a specific multi-generational event that exemplifies the spirit of community and giving back. Thank you all for your continued dedication and hard work keeping this club going into the future.
